Rhode River Marine service department is led by service manager / owner Brian Conner and service writer Bob Zullick. Our team consists of 15 full-time skilled men and women to cover every aspect you can imagine when it comes to boating. We do it all “in house” instead of going outside which reflects a financial savings for our customers. Our technicians are all factory trained with Mercury, Verado, Yamaha & Suzuki Outboards, MerCruiser & Volvo Penta, Kholer & Westerbeke Generators.
When it’s time your boat needs service you can go online selected from the following work orders General, Spring or Winter and submit from your phone or desktop. Once Bob or Brian in our service department receive your work order they will give you a call or email to schedule your service. Then you can either bring the boat over by water to have it hauled and service or by trailer. Once the boat is diagnosed and or repaired our service tech runs each boat to ensure that it is running properly and safe.
